How many of those thoughts are negative?

Step 1 : Become consciously aware you are having these thoughts?

Step 2 : Find words or phrases that you can use to replace the negative thought?

Step 3 : Write down something you are grateful for in the moment.

Your goal is to learn how to replace a grumpy thought with a grateful thought in the beginning. Just start slowly and eventually it will become you think!
