What is a raving fan and why do you need them?
I love when Tony Robbins taught me to:
FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT YOUR PRODUCTS
Make your business a place where people love to go. If you want more satisfied customers, create Raving Fans!
Here are 3 ways:
1. Provide an incredible experience and service for them - this will attract other like-minded individuals who may
also become their friends or family members;
2. Who your raving fan? Write down his/her name so that when he comes back again we can thank him
personally because of how great it felt being around such wonderful company (maybe even offer some
discounts)
3. Deepen relationship by asking what could be improved
