Exercise - Get your blood pumping by exercising for 15 minutes.
Meditating - Spending 15 minutes in meditation will help you feel refreshed throughout the day.
Reading is the third step. Read something inspiring and uplifting since words have power.
Gratitude - List three things for which you are grateful from yesterday and three things for which you are grateful today.
Do an hour of power every day for the following 30 days, then let us know how fantastic your days were.
