Did you realize that the biggest factor is mindset? What's the distinction between a fixed and growth mentality? If you have a growth mindset, you think you can improve your skills and intelligence through time. If you have a fixed mindset, you can think that your IQ is fixed and that you will never be good at something.


1. What a person believes about transformation is what determines the difference between the mindsets.

2. People that have a growth mindset think that circumstances, intelligence, and skill sets can all be altered.

3. People with fixed mindsets do not think that they are capable of changing.
